Setright
JohnVT : Do the other cars feature permanent four wheel drive? I ask, because the lack of wheelspin means the clutch takes up the extra power if you race away from lights..
cookie
Fnlyfriend, I haven't a clue what the new material is, I expect they just went back to what worked for years.
WINKK
I've got 250k on my clutch,91 legacy awd wagon. Probably 70% of driving was interstate. Problem is transmission bearings are going, but no clutch slippage yet.
fnlyfnd
I would still suspect it to be organic........??
Phugoid
However (big however) I havn't had any judder with the new clutch for 10K. So it's a little give and take I suppose. Does this mean a clutch is on its way out? Mine does this from time to time at 118k. My old Saturn did this a lot at 150k. Thanks, Reid
fastwgn286
yeah, its a sign.... although if its really cold out and the engine isnt warm, a little judder is normal. once warm it should go away, or else you've got an appointment to make.... JohnVT
JohnVT : Do the other cars feature permanent four wheel drive? Actually I don't think it's racing from lights, seems to me that it's more being hesitant from stop signs, especially on hills... thx
