That picture is over a year old...it's been cleaned since then.

Mine WAS working on 96 legacy L...it would come on after 280 miles or so

The ************ing thing burned out at some point and I ran out of gas at around 350 miles...stubbornly waiting for it to come on it never did....DOH!

I always refill after 300 miles now...and it usually takes almost 15 gallons.

Got a '92 Legacy.

Pretty sure there's no light.

The H2(93'leg) has a light ,every other day it goes on.....i put $5 bucks in the tank and on the 3rd day the red light goes on....yup:burnout:

All the first gen legacies have one.

The impreza was introduced as a stripped down "base" model in comparison to the Legacy, therefore the earlier to mid/late 90's imprezas didn't have some of the nicer features that the first gen legacies had.

I saw mine the week I got my car. The next week I ran out because the light never came on, I made it to 400 miles on that tank though.

Now when it hits 300 miles, I fill up. 97 Brighton wagon EJ22

Okay...I guess mine has one, it's just really tough to see the spot for it and it don't work.

Not that I really care...

When the tank gets low, I fill it up...
