November 28, 200619 yr An Outback is a Legacy, an Outback Sports is an Impreza. Since the Forester and Legacy share many components, this book covers both. But as to whether or not it covers the H6, you'd have to run down to a local parts store that carries these books and look closer. Personally, I would never use a Chilton manual unless there is just nothing else available. What year do you have, I have some factory service manuals the both Legacys and Foresters, but they will not be as cheap as the Chilton.
November 28, 200619 yr Author They sell them at Pep boys. It covers H6. A few errors but helpful overall. Thank you very much! Probably I will get them both - Chilton and preorder Hynes. I remember from my Nissan books that Chilton had better detailed schematic images of part assemblies instead of often confusing photos present in Hynes
