1) Is the frame welded or bolted onto the bed? Can I use a sawzall to remove it w/out damaging anything? [Theres a bunch of snow in the truck bed now & I feel like staying inside where it's warm-ish.]

 

2) What is the value of the whole kit? What have you guys paid/recieved for a mint (or otherwise) jump seat set?

Sawzall will work, but a grinder to just grimd the welds is probably better. You can get pretty much what you ask if you're willing to wait for the right circumstance. Or, you can give it to somebody who can use it.
