90 AWD Justy - real nice - blown eng $?

Featured Replies

gal local has a really nice (no rips/tears in interior, no dents, etc) 1990 AWD Justy with a blown engine. She is asking $600 - realistic or wishful thinking cus Im lookin at it.

What engine(s) can go back in the hole?

what else to do (clutch, etc) while the engine is being swapped

thanks

Bill

I am not an expert, but that sounds very high. What are you gonna be into it for after putting in a new motor? Also, research the justy's reliability, especially the transmission. CVT? I have heard bad stuff 'bout them!

Try to lowball her w/ 2 $100 bills. Then walk away... There was a D/R hatchie for sale here a few days ago, nobody here wanted to give $600 for it. It was running ,driving, climbing trees!

4WD? Miles on it? Any fuel injected Justy engine will bolt up. From the brief description it sounds like it "May" be worth it.
