February 26, 200719 yr Alrighty, just got back to home base with pics of how to cut the grill for the larger, chrome 3rd eye cover. As you can see in the first picture, cut along the vertical zig-zag things. The second picture shows the angle to cut to clear the opening and closing of the cover. The best advice I can give to those doing this conversion in the future would be to TAKE YOUR TIME! Unless you have piles of spare grills, you can't go hacking them up. I would also suggest using a dremel or small (Tiny actually) recip. saw. Lastly, I would advise making a bunch of small cuts and trim the plastic away rather then large cuts. Make a small cut, test fit the grill on the car to see where it still contacts the cover and trim again. If too much plastic is removed, your grill will snap in half if anything touches it, so leave as much as you can!!
February 26, 200719 yr Okay, I need a third eye now Or, wouldn't it be a 5th eye on a quad headlight car?
