you finally got it branded!! i need to get a new window brand for mine! it's been dry rotted by the dry heat and scorching sun of arizona.

:banana::clap::headbang::banana::headbang::cool:

you've been a member for how long!!... :drunk::drunk: i was wondering when you were getting it put on...

Better late than never?:headbang:

true, true! :headbang: i like the font better on yours than the one i have. maybe i'll get that one when i replace my window.

from what i've seen in the past from rigs winching other rigs is they will usually anchor the winching rig to something solid if available and needed. if you anchor it and use a snatch block or 2 you should be able to pull almost anything out.

Yeah, that would be a good idea.. But here in South Australia we are lacking trees, rocks and rain (well, we just had a very unsual 100mm in the last week, but it normally is dry and sandy.) The places I've got Subarus stuck would be beside a road with at least a 200 meter walk to any tree. In a mud slush beside a river with maybe 2km to the first tree. And on a beach, you guess it... Not a tree in sight.

Although we always carry a steel wheel to bury and land anchor off if need be on the beach and dunes.
