January 23, 200719 yr Got my first brat at 17 years old, im 41 now, ive owned 17 Brats and i told my self no more. I 've went ONE year without a BRAT since then. Had withdrawls .. My 1986 $Superbrat$ ive restored is everything ive wanted to have my brat be and look like.... im thinking now what? fear is and some smuck is going to steal it....now im looking for #18 Well, im turning to a Gen 1 Brat to restore now it must be a 81 Dual Range, paying up to 2500.00, and paying a 100.00 finders fee to USMB members.. McBrat And Brats R US that inclused you guys if you have a 81 Brat hidden in your garages.....
January 23, 200719 yr I only know of one Gen-1 Brat in excellent shape in my area, but it doesn't appear to be for sale. But to answer the question - because they're AWESOME!

January 24, 200719 yr There is a orange/faded red brat, 4WD 1st gen sitting in some guys front driveway, next to a corsica and a van and hasnt moved for years, its coverd in snow right now, but if u can wait till it melts a month or so i could talk to him, im in Omak WA, so im not too far away
