86 GL 5sp 4x4 wgn with hill holder.

 

This old beast has a quirk that has me stumped. When the temps start hitting -15F and lower the left rear wheel gets air in the line. Never sits by the bleeder valve, so need a pressure bleeder to get it out. We've been in hte deep freeze for 2 weeks now, and just ran it back to a friend who has the inside shop and bleeder. He jokes the only time he sees me is when it's -20 outside.

 

No air in any other lines, no wet connections anywhere, just stumped where it may be coming from.

 

Master cylinder is good, as with a couple pumps the pedal stays up. Help!!

The seals are tired in that wheel. The are no longer flexable, so they cant adjust to the dimensional change caused by extreeme cold.
