What kind of tires do you have? nipper Front tires are Cooper Lifeliner SLE's, back tires are Dunlop Sport Plus R2's (or was that A2s.. I'll have run outside in the morning again and check). powderhound Posted February 15, 2007 Share Posted February 15, 2007 It is quite easy to disable the abs. SInce a monkey at LEs Schwabs broke my abs tone ring and that caused my abs to engage everytime I hit the brakes I have had mine disabled. All you need to do is pull the abs solenoid fuse. It is one fuse and is clearly labled in your owners manual. It causes the abs light to be on which doesnt bother me but a piece of electrical tape can solve that too.
