disable abs?

What kind of tires do you have?

Front tires are Cooper Lifeliner SLE's, back tires are Dunlop Sport Plus R2's (or was that A2s.. I'll have run outside in the morning again and check). I'm thinking in an ideal world they should probably all be the same for an AWD...

Can also throw off the abs with the awd. Situation even gets more critical with traction/stability control (just a general comment)

 

 

Just remeber young man, we dont want you coming here complaing of torque bind in the future :-p

I really hope they are the same size at least...

It is quite easy to disable the abs. SInce a monkey at LEs Schwabs broke my abs tone ring and that caused my abs to engage everytime I hit the brakes I have had mine disabled. All you need to do is pull the abs solenoid fuse. It is one fuse and is clearly labled in your owners manual. It causes the abs light to be on which doesnt bother me but a piece of electrical tape can solve that too.
