CarbonFiber for me,please.;) Stage I Coupe,please.:)

After that you can get started on the louvers and air dams for the gang.

If you've got access to perfect condition body parts, you could get into hoods and other things of that nature. Since you've had experiance the mold making process would be pretty simple I'd say.

Good luck with the venture:headbang:

To be honest, shipping would kill me if you guys could get something together at an alright price, therefore, my opinion is kinda useless at the moment...

well i've got a set of gen 1 fenders and a gen1 hood NOS pluse i do have that parts 73 wagon for a dash mold... hum keep the ideas coming and ill see what i can start i belive the dash should be first. but who knows....

I'm working with all sorts of pre-preg glass and woven graphite.

Let me know if you need some small pieces. We toss out lots of small usable pieces and occassionally some larger pieces.

Going to start my own work-ups later this year.

I build fiberglassing molds at my job, if anyone has questions on how to do it

Sure will,in the not so distant future.

I need to get past my probation period then I'll start asking about taking scraps home.Lots of scraps!!

Any special pre preg that's easier, better, better looking, etc.??Also going to need some lessons on resins to use,the whole nine yards.Right now I'm a cutter but will probably have to train on som lay-up.Just had a class in handling, etc. basic info for aircraft mfg.,etc.

Maybe we can get a conversation going through email,or PM sometime soon.Got lots of questions.

Take care,

Paul

grab all the carbon you can as its up to 60 bucks a yard for non pre preg and scraps can be used for lots of stuff in the layups
