Where might I be able to get the coolant passage o-ring for an EA81, that's up in the top of the block? Is this a dealer only item, or should I just use RTV here?

I would not risk using anything besides the factory o-ring there just because of the monumental pain in the butt it would be if it did leak. If I was completely stuck and HAD to use something else, I would seal around the area with anaerobic sealant.

 

It's included in an overhaul gasket set from aftermarket suppliers, but I would imagine that would be a dealer item by itself. I would bet anywhere else would have to order it if it's even available.

It's in the fel-pro kit. It's a specially shaped o-ring thing that slips into a groove. The block halves use an anerobic sealant.
