I scanned the car and came up with code po203 injector circuit open cylinder3 and po204 # 4 injector,would would cause these codes? is it bad injectors or the wireing?

Open circuit means the resistance reading is too high as far as the ecu is concerned.

 

You can unplug and replug the injectors in and see if that clears it up. It may be as simple as some corosion on the terminals.

To see if the injector coils are open, remove the connector to the injector and measure the resistance between the contacts to the injector. It should be a few ohms. If that is ok the problem may be in the wiring to the ECU or external resistors if you have them. The problem may be inside the ECU also.
