IT’S DEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep. I killed the motor.

I made a HUGE mistake of putting Marvel Mystery Oil “GAS TREATMENT” into the engine.

Turned the oil into a super thin film and it leaked through all of the seal.

I also developed a rod knock.

Well time to find a 2.2 engine.

*sigh* back to the garage.

PSSST*that probably would have been a good place to start* The EA81 is junk when powering a lifted rig.

Whoops! Oh well, that's the best reason I can think of to swap in an EJ22.

Found another EJ18 for $100.00

 

I plan to make a frankenmotor out of the dead one.

 

Maybe 2.5 short block w/Ej18 heads or something to that effect.
