Well today i finnished up my open water diving certification in the balmy 40 degree st. lawerance river :rolleyes:

This summer is anyone up for a few dives? soem friends an myself are planning on hitting up lake george, and champlain at some point. ;)

it's a town that they flooded underneat the Carry Reservior in Colton..

 

check it out man! get an underwater camera and bring me back pics. I can get you to the fat beach on the far side if you need, and it's a good 20mile ride on private dirt roads to get there..

that's awesome dude, i may have to check that out this summer, i've gotta' go back to NH and get all my gear, but i should be back up w/ it in Juneish

 

do you know how deep it is? and about where in the lake?

Plan your dive, dive your plan, man:) I dived Barbados years ago. If you could do it in the pool, then you could do it in the ocean. So I did. Went down 40' at one point to a sunken ship. Spectacular!

 

Have fun, and I'd be interested in what equipment you're using, just for current info.

I am certified but I haven't dived since my open water test. I have been interested in finding a dive partner locally and joining the FD dive team. Just not enough time to do everything. plus I don't have all the equipment.
