EDIT:

 

The car is showing the ECS light, so I checked the codes. It is throwing a code 73 (Cali specific).

 

The stove that connects onto the exhaust (where the tube goes on and then into the air cleaner assembly) is missing. Does this sound like a logical possible cause? Anyone have one:)

 

The car has a non-op registration, and for it to pass smog out here for a regular reg, I need to clear this up. Thanks.
