JDM LEGACY EJ20 TWIN TURBO engine...

Featured Replies

They seem to be pretty fun motors. There was a guy here who had one in a GC8 Impreza WRX. From what I was told(since I never saw the car) it was pretty fast. Well Good Luck to whoever buys it.

It only fits in RHD vehicles, so the 90-94 Legacy would have to be EDM or JDM or a mail wagon.

im sure it can be fit in there somehow, just the steering linkage i heard is a issue.

Yeah, by losing one of the turbos.

jhot-imports on eBay has like 5 EJ20 twin-turbo engines, with trannies, harnesses, and more.

So I can't buy one of these 2.0Twin Turbo engines for my 90 Legacy AWD wagon? I'd really like one of these because I think the idea of eating ricers alive in a wagon is just great. It's not right hand drive...

What exactly are the issues with this?

I've heard both the brake master cylinder and the steering column interfere with the secondary turbo.

Kimo, just do a USDM WRX swap if you're so inclined. You don't need a twin-turbo engine to make power.
