1993 turbo legacy

so i finaly got around to wireing my FCD from free5ty1e the other day.

so i took out the instructions and followed them step by step and once i was done i made sure all the wires were conected in the right places.

i went to start the car to make sure it was in working order and both leds on the fcd lit up and my check engine light came on.

code 45 - Pressure Sensor and Pressure Exchange Solenoid Valve

and it wont go away. i compleatly unwired the fcd and its still there.

and my car wont boost any more, as soon as it sees .5psi and up it just dies compleatly and will stall if you keep holding the gas.

i replaced every thing on the strut tower with the boost controll stuff from my other legacy and no difference.

i replaced all the vac line around there today just to make sure i never cracked a hose or some thing and its still doing it.

so my question is, what can i do to fix this? did i wire it wrong and short some thing out? if so what would it be? a relay? fuse? any help would be awesome. thanks guys

Its a fuel cut defencer. Eleminated that pesky 13 psi limit enforced by the stock ecu.
