Maxlife Oil

Has anybody used the stuff? It is as good as what people say? It comes highly recommended on several oil message boards. Both the synthetic and synthetic blend are very good and have good statistics. What do you think?

I use it in my ej22 and some lucas oil stabilizer at every change. The car was smoking some if it idled for a bit. That has stopped. Also mpg went up 2-3 and i have better smoother power. I was totally surprised. It makes for an expnsive oil change but for a motor with 180k it's worth it. It really runs awesome.

I am running that now, so far so good.

I switched over from Mobil 1 since I am no longer driving 600 miles to and from work a week. I have not noticed any difference so far in mileage or cold start ups, but it is summer time & has not gotten cold yet.

It is supposed to help keep old seals fresh. I've used it a time or two in various cars with good results.

I use MaxLife oil and auto transmision fluid. Can't say I can notice the difference made by the oil, other than you can change is less frequently since it's semi-synthetic, but I the transmission shifts very well. Also, besides Dexron & Mercon, the trans. fluid meets other, more stringent specifications, and I hope this is good for the transfer clutch.
