pic of pvc valve location '95 legacy

Featured Replies

Anyone have a picture of the pvc location on a 1995 legacy? How hard is it to change? OEM all the way on this part?

Thanks.

Hi. Here's a pic from my '96 legacy 2.2L. It is easy to change, I think the wrench size is 22mm or 7/8" works too. It threads into the intake manifold; it doesn't 'pop' in like it does on some other makes. OEM part is about $7. I have had trouble with aftermarket pcv valves on fords so I stick with OEM.

very nice, doesn't look too tough. Thanks for the help!!!

Be sure to check the hose that attaches to it. It can get clogged with stuff too. Mine was down to a pin-hole at the PCV end.

Even though my car isn't running rough or burning oil, I may go ahead and replace mine just for the heck of it. Thanks for the pics, porcupine -- saved me from having to search for part #s or ask questions!
