Valeo wiper blades are pretty awesome. Tire rack usually has BOGO on em.

get those freaking winter wiper blades, those are awesome and i imagine you could use them where you're located. i never knew they existed until this year. yeah they look a bit on the stupid side, they're solid to prevent snow/ice build up all over them. i don't know which ones are the best, i bought a set someone else recommended.

They work. Really well.
