my front / rear wiper did not work this morning, check fuses all good, cig lighter not working also, a few miles down the road everything worked, + hard starting after warmed up, already replaced crank sensor, showing a code knock sensor, we had alot of ice/' snow here + cold , after sitting all day , everything good, this is on a 97 legacy L wagon , 164,000mi ,a/t

cold/moisture does some weird things .....as for the wipers and cig. lighter this may sound really stupid but it could be normal.........
