Ok im changing out my carb to a weber

87 gl ea82 4WD 5speed H/L power steering power brakes ............. No air no power windows just a basic gl

there is a vac line that runs with the 2 fuel lines that are clamped behind the altanator.

the vac line goes into the firewall of the car just below the wiper motor.

any body got a idea what its for?

thank you

Not sure what its for but i know you dont need it. There is no hookup for it with a weber. Just unplug it at the firewall and cap it.

There's 3 lines from the tank - fuel supply, fuel return, and vent. None of them should be capped off. The vent and the return can be left open if you wish.

Doesn't one go to the heater assy. and one to the brake booster?

Yes..... but we were talking about tank lines - not vacuum lines. Tank lines are for fuel or fuel vapor - not manifold vacuum.
