Hill Holder...HELP!

I just got done foing an engine reseal with a new clutch on my Loyale. The Hill Holder needs some adjustment though because I cannot release the clutch slowly or the hill holder is engaged. This happens at frequent stops in ity driving. When I quickly release the clutch it either killes the motor or I burnout.

 

Any help on adjusting the hill holder is appreciated.

Just adjust the cable on the hill holder, no biggie.
