August 11, 200817 yr I have talked to this guy before. Sounds like a heap to me but the motor may be good. If it is a 1600 then it is a ea71. But ya you are right about them coming with the 3cyl.
August 12, 200817 yr This is the car he's selling: Its a standard hatchback. Looks like its gutted and should be pretty light. Dunno how safe it is with a full set of temp spare's as rims.

August 12, 200817 yr Yeah, that's definitely NOT a justy. It's an EA71 hatch by the sounds of it. The Justy wasn't even produced till '87 I think, and it's a completely different layout -- transverse inline 3 cylinder engine instead of longitudinal 4 cylinder horizontally opposed engine that every other subaru (except the H6's and the old 360's) had. All of the Jjusty's were 1200cc engines for the US. Z
