I need to know what the thread size is on the EA81 choke sender? Is it 1/2NPT or a Metric one that is close to the same size?

Huh? The EA81 choke's are electric - they don't have a "sender" so I'm not sure what you are referring to.

Its a heat switch in the intake manifold. They aren't electric here, well not until much later in 85 or somewhere after that.

 

EDIT: Oh, and just incase your wondering it has a heat switch so when the car is warm it pulls the choke off.

 

Anyhow, its thread was the same as the temp sensor/sender which is 16M?x1.5. I used an old temp sender and drilled out the middle then cut a 1/8npt in it. New temp sensor is now in there with the new gauge just to make sure I don't blow up my dual carb motor with the grill all blocked up. (going racing and need no stop mud and water.)
