Need quick spark plug advice

About to stuff a mystery EA63 into our '76 wagon. At least one spark plug is kinda corroded. We have a set for a Forester that DO thread into a EA71 and the EA63 block. Assuming that they protrude into the combustion chamber the same amount, can I use them on this engine?

I really wouldn't advise it. Your chances of fubar'd piston or something may be pretty good.:-\
