I have the Turbo Wheels on my legacy and they are not in the cleanest shape with the original finish, so I'm wondering If I should pull out my dremel and sand them, and paint them or if there is an easier way to do it?

You could take them someplace and have them sandblasted, and then repaint them

how about getting them powder coated?

I cleaned these Turbowheels (shown on my Oh Bee)

up by light hand sanding

and a respray.

 

I used plastic cups to "mask off" the round areas if the spokes

and a larger one for the center.
