If there's one thing I've learned about Craigslist, if it sounds too good to be true, it is. There is no way that offer is legit. I went to look at a BEAUTIFUL 1994 Legacy GT Wagon with 140k miles, and the guy said it needed nothing. Drove two hours, to find that the motor had a knock. Bad motor. Craigslist is a great resource, but the majority of offerings turn out to be sketchy.

yeah thats a good point...i just find it hard to believe there are people out there that put time into posts like that just to like "screw" people over...lol

It also asks for a money order in the ad. Big red flag.

i see this almost weekly. scammers for subaru's and Kubota's (stuff i shop for).
