I doubt it but can the angle of the rear windsheild washer spray (OD wagon) be adjusted upward? it shoots too low for my liking....

I've never checked to see if this is true for Subarus but, on every other car I've owned, the washer fluid comes out of a little ball mounted in a cup sort of like a ball point pen's tip. I was able to change the angle of spray by sticking a needle in the output hole and rotating the little ball a bit. You might give that a shot.
