Weber vac. line

Featured Replies

On the front [radiator side] at the bottom, there are 2 brass 'nipples'. One has a screw in it, the other doesnt. What are these? In the pic I have the one without the screw plugged with a hose. Are they indeed vac. ports or are they something else?

I know, poor pic, sorry.

looks like a typical idle or mixture screw...

what model is it? 32/36 dgev?

Early and late ported vacuum ports. The one with the screw is for the EGR (late), and the other is for the vacuum advance pot.

Thanks.

Wow, these carbs are simple! My Hitachi ran great, but I caved in. Now I need 2 more for my EA82's. :)
