January 21, 200422 yr any help with the wiring will be appecited all i need is to get fire i'll manage the rest but like said i run a hot wire to the + side of the coil and still no fire i have a good coil and a transter distributor yellow wire to the + side and the black one to the - side
January 21, 200422 yr I'm not mudrat, but this may help check your fuseable links. They are in that black box right in front of the coil You may have burned one of those out and that would amke you not get spark

January 23, 200422 yr have you tried the yellow wire to the negative side of the coil and the black/yellow one to the positive? this worked on mine
January 23, 200422 yr On my car the Balck/Yellow wire from the dist goes to the Pos. and the Yellow wire from the Dist. goes to the Neg. But it is and 82'. I will go check an 84' wagon and have an answer by the end of the night. Matt
