Can anyone give me an idea how to allocate these gearboxes to buyers as there seems to be quite a bit of interest and one person indicated he would like 10-12 of these, so there will be more people wanting them than I can supply at this price.

I feel someone buying in QTY is looking at more of a business venture, than the friendly enthusiast helping enthusiast setup you have proposed.

 

Feel free to go either way, but I feel if you do send a QTY to one person, that you should consider making some profit for your time. After all, you can assume that someone buying in that QTY would be reselling them for profit.

 

That being said, i think you will probably be able to fill an order of 4-6 trannies shipped enthusiast to enthusiast with ease. I'd say do that, then explore the business opportunity.

reason i would be willing is because i can get them all brought to my work so it would be cheaper for shipping and such. then i can strap them to a pallet and send them out from there for cheaper. also it will be easier to get through customs.

 

yes i would make a little profit for my time but im not out to make a living, im trying to help pass on a deal to others like others have done for me.

 

if everyone wants to buy one them selves and have them shipped by all means im not against that or trying to not let them, im just trying to make it easier for all parties involved.

 

if it ends up being a person to person then ill still take 2 or 3 for my self.

Also so far, Aarons auto has a pretty good name and the facilitys to pull this off.
