yes i have seen the front disc brakes, i had 2 cars with them, and at my brother's place, where he has the ff1's, there is a spare gearbox with the disc's still fitted. Thierry

Leeroy did you buy the GSR at seaford that was on ebay last week, I looked at it on the last day of bidding, was dissapointed that it didnt ave the original motor. The guy also said his son has a 1400 gft with he twin carb and 5 speed. I hadnt seen it but asked if i could have first refusal if he ever sells it. Cheers Thierry

I never heard of that engine and that period of time nothing subaru slipped by me, subaru only came back into rally in australia in 86 with the rx turbo, before that it was in the mid 70's with the rx1400 which i saw one when i bought my second ff1.
