  1. The 1100 cc FF1 was sold in the USA with the EA61 engine. Not a popular car, VERY VERY rare now.
  2. Won't let me upload photos. I can't use the rich format at all. I have to toggle off the switch top left or the page jams and I have to refresh. Thank you again 2.7!!! Your encouragement is appreciated
  3. the last video uploaded much faster, still I cannot use the rich post format, I have to toggle it off and use just the basic I will time how long it takes to upload this video
  4. I figured it out. there is a glitch with this forum. I have to flip the toggle switch top left. turns off the rich format Then it will accept my posted video, only after about 7 min upload time. I have a REALLY fast cable connection too. Really strange. but now it works. Thank you !!!!!
  5. really odd, I'm still trying. it will allow me to post a picture but no links I don't have a post preview option . How do you post preview?
  6. Yes! exactly. I see you can do it. it wont allow me to paste a You Tube link. I just tried again I don't know why it won't paste. Am I missing something? It used to work just fine.
  7. Why can I no longer post up videos of Subaru 360's? what changed ? seems like this started 4 months ago, was there a board up grade? Mark
  8. My friend has Chassis number 7000034, and 7001212, FF1's. the 34th one off the line purchased new in Albany Oregon
  9. Stanley the Subaru 360 van is on the move to make people smile ! A bit of background trivia. I was at a Portland Cascade Cars and Coffee car show last spring and a fellow came running up to me and asked " Don't you have a Stanley ? " He caught me off guard as I was thinking, what the ???.....Stanley Steamer ??? why would someone ask me this? and, I said no..... However , I do have a blue Subaru 360 van. But, there is only one Stanley .
  10. Every Wednesday evening is Beaches Cruise -In at Portland International Raceway where 1000 or more cars show up for a gathering from all over the Portland area. I organized a few local Subaru 360 guys to get together for a impromptu micro-show at the Beaches show. I brought my two kids in my Subaru 360 Van, Rex brought his Subaru 360 stake bed pickup, Nicholas brought his classic Cooper and his two girls and Ron brought his Subaru 360 Sedan. Watch how Ron sells his Sedan. It was a hot item as flocks of potential owners fought over it. Ron sells his 360 in less than 5 minutes
  11. No. It's a special modification to ward off tailgaters
  12. One would think we were handing out lollipops. Maybe next year ! A quick glimpse of show cars entering the Great Pacific NW Microcar extravaganza show field in front of McMenamins Grand Lodge and getting ready to strut their stuff. What happens in Forest Grove, Oregon stays in Forest Grove, Oregon. A new meaning to takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin' ! Lick my mirrors it's going to be a great show !
  13. The 4th of July is coming and to celebrate our independence we spout fire....really? we do ?! At dusk the little 2 stroke Subaru 360 shows off it's fireworks !. I slowed down the good flame shooting parts to focus on the flame kernels as they evolve. Flames are fascinating,..... don't play with fire kids !
  14. Barn find treasures still exist, (although they are much harder to find these days). This one owner 1969 Subaru 360 Sedan has been stored indoors since 1971. The original owner took the engine out and apart when it broke down with almost 20K on the odometer somewhere near Seattle in 1971. It has just been found by Patrick. That means it was driven a lot very early on, sounds like it was used to commute from Seattle to Bellingham Wa. then was put away, and stored indoors nicely for a long time. Patrick is the new owner and has been cleaning it up to drive and enjoy. My job is to fix the brakes and rebuild the engine to put this 360 back on the road.
  15. Rex's 1969 2 stroke 360 Sambar Stakebed won't do a burnout but sure is cool ! PTW spring classic May 11 2013
