I think you mean Joe's u-pull -it.... If you take 78 and get off of the exit that has a sign for SR61 NORTH.. Take that one... travel about 6 miles north on SR61 to a traffic light... make a right onto SR895 and follow that road for like 8 miles or so.. You will see a sign for the U-Pull-it.... Well if you really want it make sure you wire the guy some cash to hold it... I took a loan out a month ago for ***'s Brat and was short 200 bucks... He knew I took a loan out and that I wanted it and still sold it to someone else right from underneath me, even when we were in still communication by email and I was a week later short by 100 bucks.. He didnt care that now I have a loan to pay back with interest and nothing to show for it... SO trust no ones word and give a deposit in case he is a jerk. I guess some guys word are not worth ****. **moderator edit** if you're going to badmouth certain usmb members, refrain from using their name. That could be considered "flaming" and we don't want to cause trouble. If your still bitter about it, take it to PM or eMail.

I think its a great idea.. just think of all the rusted tailgates out there in Brat land.... Besides everyone knows how the original tailgates get bent up , the original seems cheap.... Also try and find a tailgate that is not all bent up and rusted on the east coast. hard to find in a junk yard..... Or you could buy one of the air brat gates and take your good one off and save it... And how about the fuel econo issues... No more air drag on that original closed tailgate... Joe

I recall there being a light blue lifted brat for sale with a with cap and really cool alloy wheels..... and a marron brat that was lifted witha 6 cyl engine in it with 14 pug wheels for sale.... Did the same person buy them both?????

I was wondering the same thing about install of ac.. Seems most Brats have that sticker on the dash saying its ac ready.. So I would assume the duct work and wires and switchs are in already.. I would imagine you have to take apart justthe glove boc area to get behind there... I cant see Subaru's Techs spending 12 hours pulling a dash out to put it in... I was gonna go when I get some time to a junk yard and pull a system out of a old car first for practice and but the parts I need.. I already have some from EJ... Joe

Can anyone tell me how hard and involved it is to stick AC in a Brat.. Seems they all have the little sticker on the dash saying " AC ready".... I know everyone takes it out.. but what about in??? Joe

I think it was round type in 1979, 1980 and 1981 then two square lights in 1982 followed by the 4 headlight system in 1983 to 1987 in a Brat.. The wagon had 4 headlights from 1983 to 1985 I think.... Joe

Say anyway you guys would consider putting the email button back when somone post something... I used this feature several times and like it... Was a handy button indeed....
