    It still has the odometer in it cause i remeber it being red lettering, still had shift knob so the tranny was there, it was rusty still had jumpseat belts in it with seat frame no seats

    Bought this car this way, from second owner car is near mint condition, the carb was rebuilt new fuel filter, i did notice the rpm guage would jump a little at idle like the distributor was going but why will it start with starting fluid after a drive when warmed up? Now with this info does it make any sense? I was thinking weak fuel pump at first now i dont know

    89 hatchback last year made 1800 4 speed when car is warm after 15 minute drive car wont start but WILL start with starting fluid? What am i up against with this problem?

    I met MCBRat years ago in Iowa, No thank you, we have mountains along with the farmland, fresh water lakes, and rivers..fresh air......No humidity issues here

    I live alslo 40 miles from spokane 3 bedroom house on 220 acres rent is 150; yes 150 , most would rent for 700 but my land lord is loaded..............also i talk to truck drivers who have driven all the states and they all say north Idaho, western Montana are the best places of all the states, but best of all LOTS of SUBARUS!!!!!!!!!!!!:clap:

    I ve got a rear bumper for it, i have both white front and back bumpers and also a pair of front and back for a black rx.......name your color delivered to pullman/albion/colfax/moscow.........

    Great call Txakura:grin: The plastic air hose fitting is broke off under hood where you said, not visible to the eye, would have been awhile before i looked there, must have broke that when i changed the fuel filter last month...so i think that will be the fix...........Big thanks for that:banana:

    After 14,000 miles trouble free went to use 4wd on muddy road and would not engage in 4wd......... 1990 Loyale liftback 5 speed with 4wd push button on gear shift knob,the 4 tires pic on dash used to light green when on,,,, NOW they do not come on, can hear a small qwick swish noise when you push button, the fuses are fine, wondering if anyone on this board would have a answer for me... Internal or maybe just a wire connection under car :-\
