  1. i have found that using a much larger spring gives a better clutch feel, and helps counteract the fact that the pedal bushings/cable are usually worn, but that is just personal preference. isaac
  2. if you undo the bottom nuts on the rubber tranny mounts, you can push the tranny up and to either side. this allows you enough room to pull axles without molesting any of the front suspension bits. thats the way ive always done it isaac
  3. ive been under mine for the last 2 days swapping from 2wd to 4wd and prepping for the rotary to go in. isaac ps. sedan and wagon floorpans are spot on, all ea81 floorpans(minus the brat) are nearly identical. 2wd is the most common but i have seen a few with 4wd stock
  4. i hav had this problem with two different brat tails now, both of them were from corrosion in/behind the small metal socket the bulb goes into. it's a little finnicky to get out(cut the plastic crushwelds) then disassemble and clean. re installation is the same as removal, just use a dab of epoxy in place of the plastic welds. isaac
  5. i have used the brat to tow countless other scoobs, several rx7s, and the most recent was an mx63 toyota cressida(door tag said 3214lbs lol). so i know from experience that ea81s will tow quite a bit. isaac
