  1. i was joking about the crappy enkeis, just to make them sound bad to everyone else!!! i was hoping to spend as little as possible, not sure how much youre looking for, but let me know in a PM and well talk.
  2. yeah for the most part! no but i want the lightest alloys possible for autox and some nice big pugs for the street.

  5. RC engeneering does a good job. dont know where they're located, but out of state for sure! not cheap eather, but i trust em!

  7. thats weird bacause other people have said that they are using EA82T injectors on their EA81Ts. unless i am mistaking what you said. sounds like sending those injectors to RC was worth it. how much did all that run you? seeing as how im interested in something like that.

  10. how can i tell if my radiator is a two core? the turbo has an oil cooler so im ok there, but how would i know if my oil and water pumps are good?
  11. take some white wagon wheels, paint the inside and put them on backwards, lowrider style!!!
  12. so sounds like alegacy turbo is a worth while mod. ill look into getting one, but i dont know how much success ill have. the exhaust side of the turbo shouldnt be a problem as im planning a custom turbo back exhaust at some point, looks like i can just swap the turbos at that point. my question now is if the intake side of the turbo will bolt to the origional up-pipe? this would make it easier to mount, but would also give me a chance to upgrade the headers/up-pipe at the same time. do you have any other suggestions on mods for me to do?

I just got a complete XT6 manifold with injecotrs and im planning on messing with it and was wondering if the injectors would be an upgrade for my EA81T. so you think i should get a bigger turbo and stay away from XT6 injedctors? with your legacy turbo, when does the boost go positive? i know its really low for my turbo and i wouldnt want to sacrifice that boost low down to much for more high end power. does anyone have a legacy turbo they want to get rid of?
  15. does anyone know if the injectors on a XT6 are any larger than the injectors on an EA82T?

Just a few clarification questions: cut the mount off the EA82 x-member and weld them onto the EA81 x-member? do you have pics? do you have pics or a detailed explination of the mods required? again pics and explination needed! NEED explination!!! Do you have pics of your wagon and the suspension? thanks for the suggestion and for getting me excited to spend my life savings!!!!

  18. well, dang, i guess ill have to live with the suspension for a while... (not forever:brow: ) but i will deffinatly investigate the simple upgrades in the near future!
  19. all EA81s are single port unless they have custom heads.
  20. so thees nothing i can really do to the brakes besides rear discs, and almost nothing for the suspension except cutting for camber, cutting springs, etc.
  21. i heard through the grape vine that these tires are soft and will wear out faster than other rally tires on the market.
