Oh yeah, whats the key to posting pics?

Oh no, she is road legal.....or close enough. I have insurance and plates on her. Everything on its DOT other than the gas tank and no front windshield. I had a "street legal" VW Sand Rail and never had any problems. I guess we will just see what happens.

Im posting in here cause this is more for offroading and it wont let me post in the engine department. What emissions crap and I take off the Buggyroo????? I have a fuel cell so there I dont think i need the charcoa canister and return vent lines. There are 2 random parts that I dont know the name of yet that are on the passenger side front fender. Do I need them? What are they? Anything else you guys can tell me would be great. There are sure a lot of vacuum lines on this thing for being from 1986. Thanks Orion

Lifted-no The hammer did the trick, i just dont know about flex and jumping. Ill see. Ill get some pics up soon. gotta go buy more tube after work

So who would have thought after all the cutting and banging and sawzalling the 29's still dont fit when I turn. They rub on the firewall part. By the sounds of it i need to extend the lower arm thingys (cant rememeber name) to push the tire forward a bit. Is this correct? Thanks Orion

Dang, i figured that was going to be the answer. Oh well its still going to be fun. Ide rather spend 1-2k on this project and have it street legal than on a Rhino or equivalent. What does 1st gear max out at with the 29's? Ill have to post some pics soon. AS of right now all that is left is the seats and the firewall forward. im going to move the radiator, run snowplow headlights, and just have a good time building up the smallest 4x4 i can. O

I just mounted them on my first subaru, soon to be the buggyroo. BAsically when im done is going to be the closest you can get to a street legal ATV. ITs a EA82 D/R with a 5 speed. I havent had a chance to drive it yet. I need to finish building it. Im trying to find out how well the car will handle the tires as far as power goes for 4x4ing in 4-low. Does anyone know the final drive ratio in 4-low in first gear XX:1? Thanks Orion Denver Colorado
