  1. .030 seems awfully small of a gap to me. Why so small? I'm not saying that's the problem, just that seems like quite a jump from stock. What plugs are you using?
  2. you've just improved on your geo in every way possible
  3. I've never seen inside a tank but one would think the suction would happen near the bottom of the tank. So why is it not a good idea to get gas while the tanker is there? If water is heavier than gas it will sink to the bottom eventually right?
  4. I dont believe so. Either that or it only finished one or two races. It wasn't a good engine to say the least. Most likely the worst engine swap.
  5. I think he means 4x140 bolt pattern
  6. dont be afraid of the ground clearance. there's plenty to get you out of most situations. Like ralllyruss said rally cars dont have huge ground clearance. they just have ultra stiff shocks/struts and springs. You'd be better off spending that money on a good set of DMS coil overs or something.
  7. dollars to donuts the engine is fine. Replkace the hg's and be on your way.
  8. finally someone said the RX but yes I seriously want a dual range awd tranny. Noone cares to import them and they're fairly common. The new forester dual range has a faster effective hi ratio than our sti's 1-5. I'd kill for one of these. Though I hear they're actually pretty weak.
