  1. Yes, I finally called Subaru . . . and they said to ask a dealer, and that it could still be installed if we wanted. I doubt we want it that badly.
  2. Is there such a thing? We bought a wagon back in June, and I know keyless entry was available in a 2000 Outback we looked at. I'm wondering if we could get it at this point for the car we actually ended up buying. If so, where is the best place to get one? Any other additional equipment we should invest in to make this safest possible car for a 17-year-old? (And yes, we already did the driver's ed, skills training and tons of time with parents in car.) This one does not have tinted windows. How big a drawback is that? (I had not considered it a big deal until kid locked keys in car, in plain view . . . for several hours before discovering it.) Now I'm beginning to think keys and keyless entry should maybe not be on same keychain. At least for some people.
  3. A public service indeed. Now our 2000 wagon (purchased without them) is safer. Thank you.
  4. Thanks for posting photo. They appear to be an exact match. Please PM to let me know how to arrange for shipping, and thanks so much for posting. (We'll send return photo with headrests in place in our car.) Thanks much.
  5. PM to let me know how much to send for shipping and how to send it. Very relieved to find the headrests. I will also PM address. Thanks much.
  6. Do they sort of have a subtle herringbone in them . . . ? I just ordered some for our Legacy wagon, got them and they don't fit! So . . . we just bought the wagon, used, and it came without rear headrests . . . .
