  1. Wrong side of the engine. Ok I see that. Now do I just match the timing light up with that little tab?
  2. I’m pretty sure I have met with one of your techs before for a parts swap.
  3. It’s probably something simple. Either timing or carb. I just don’t have enough knowledge. I bought a timing light but I don’t see a gauge or tab or whatever near the harmonic balancer, so I don’t know where to go from there. I also have a spare hitachi carb that I could send to you for a rebuild at least so that’s good to know. I’ll find your business details and ask about that.
  4. Good to know. I have a brat up in Portland that I’ll need help with when I get to it. Thanks
  5. Having some issues with my hatchback, looking for a recommendation for a mechanic/shop near Medford OR. Someone I can use for future help as well. Thanks
  6. No tops I believe. Mostly radio consoles and a few other odds and ends on interior. I’ll be trying to going back next month.
  7. Tighten the cable? I had to do it in my brat once but I doubt it’s the same. It was one nut connected to the cable, beneath the panel under where the e brake handle is. I dunno if it’s in the same spot.
  8. Good to know. I’ll take a look around again when I go back.
  9. Here is a blue radio box. But I have no idea if it’s 2wd or not.
  10. Also a warning, these parts are in Ridgefield, WA. I visit from time to time but I live in southern Oregon.
  11. I have a lot of rims and tires. Some extra doors for a brat with windows but rust along the bottom. Random interior pieces and a couple dash sets. A piece of drive line, some exhaust pieces. Extra jacks, alternators, smog systems, trim pieces, skid plates, radiators and fans. Lots of stuff. Sorry for the poor quality all around on this post.
  12. I tried to post more but the image size is too big. Idk how to fix that.
  13. Hey there gents. I know the pictures aren’t much, but I do have quite a few parts that people might be lookin for. Just ask what’s for sale, I don’t plan to hang onto everything. So here is a series of pictures.
  14. Damn dude. I checked this too late. I already drove the 300 miles back home. Next time I’m up in SW Washington, I’ll try to remember to get back to you. Should be soon. I should have two sets, if I do, you got them for shipping costs. I only want to hang on to a set to make the brat a classic. There’s the coffee can.
  15. Found one of my two extra carbs. Pretty sure it’s a hitachi. Also found a disty cap and hitachi rotor head. Couldn’t find a driver mirror and didn’t want to grab it off the brat. Cant believe how many extra parts I still have.
  16. Still looking? I just found some in an old coffee can. Remembered this post.
  17. Somewhere in my little pile of parts is a hitachi carb I think. But the EJ swap would be the dream.
  18. I definitely did not choose the color of the rims, the car came like that but I have definitely been considering an EJ swap, if I can get all the money together to do it right. I need this to be my daily driver for a while.
  19. Love looking at this thread. And now I have a hatch
