  1. Knocking sound from right front

    superpoo93 posted a topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales...
    I was hearing clunking sounds, and could not locate. Only happened when in reverse, then noticed I had a vibration at high speeds. But now its louder,like clunking. Mostly when I slow down, checked the CV Joint on right side and it has play, would it make the clunking sound or do I have to worry that the tranny might be screwed up too?:-\

    Hi, I have a 93 Loyale Wagon 4WD, she's my first and I love it. Joined Flat-4 in Vegas a couple months back, cant wait to modify the beast. For now I'm keeping it running.
