I am in need of a subaru I have a 87 toyota 4runner and I want to sell/trade it any one near spokane wa have any roos for sale?

yup i already checked the links all 4 r ok...battery is fine i connected cables from my truck and it was fine and i even took my battery out of my truck and it still didnt run fine

so im trying to sell my loyale and get a more reliable one since mine has died yet again so im trying to fix it so i can get like 600 dolla...well i go to turn the ignition and nothing no clicking not trying to turn over i checked all the fuses the plug wires are new and i just tried a diff ignition coil...any ideas guys you all have helped me so much in the past that i think of you all as a subaru family lol

i dont think the timing is off i didnt do anything rough on the car....i think its not getting any spark it smells like unburnt fuel

so yesterday i went to warped tour it was about a 320 mile round trip going 70 the whole time at about 3200rps...i was 5 blocks from home lastnight when at a stop light i went to go throw it into first and it just went put-put-put-put- then died...i tried to start it and it just cranks then backfires occasionally...it wont turn over at all...im gonna go pick it up from the alberstons parking lot now...any ideas

and there is not enough material to even tap or anything...the screw will only thread in maybe 2 screws

no im just going to jbweld it for now im getting a 4runner in about 2 weeks

so i was replacing my valve gaskets on my 92 loyale wagon and when i was almost done i was screwing the bolts in and it wasnt even getting tight and then poppppppppp...the lil thing the bold screws into broke that is inside the rocker arm area thing...and it looked like it was jbwelded in like it broke before...so now i cant get the gasket cover to tighten down all the way so it will still leak what do i do?Please any ideas will help

i got the subaru running...and its running really good

not really i put on new plug wires and coil wire...it started for about 10 seconds then stalled out...i have not been able to get it to start back up...how do i make sure that my fuel pump is connected...and i need to check all the wiring in it again...but i think it just needs some fresh gas right now

im really dont want to poke around the electrical guys...but i just got an interview for a job so if i get it i might take it to some one to look at the electrical...i dont know really were to start with the searching

check the actual distributer pull one from a junk yard and throw it in it may run mine was doing the exact same i have a short

my disty gets really hot and makes the car start to lug

i know what your problem is ...your actual distributer that goes into the engine is fried....i know this because its whats wrong with mine go pull a whole new distributor and plug it in...but i have a short somewhere and its causing my disty and engine to get hot

so me and nick finally found out why my car is running and it is because the distributor shorted out...so we went to the scrap yard and pulled a good one and put it on...the thing is starting to short out...has anyone ever had this problem before with their distributor shorting out...if so can you help me and tell me where it could be TIA Dan

check your disty and the whole disty piece that goes into the engine

well ill txt here but lets just say that this trip made us all bout 225 dollars poorer....
