  1. yeah the plug for the intermittent relay is already in the brumby harness. it is up above the brake pedal on mine. then swap the switch over and it should work.
  2. i bought these here in australia, maybe available elsewhere? http://toyo.com.au/HO3%20Page.htm these just fit with a 2" liftkit and front corner of front quarter panel trimmed for clearance.
  3. The open diff problem with limited articulation ( i need LSD )
  4. Here in Oz the timing belts are scheduled to be replaced every 60k miles (100k kilometres). If it has done 80k miles without being replaced it should be ready , what is your service schedule?.
  5. The Australian Liberty has 0+/-3mm toe front and rear.(25.4mm=1 inch) I believe your legacy is identical to our liberty, they were 2.2 litre engines.
  6. Since I re-calibrated the TPS car seems to start easier and have more response , especially from idle. From aftermarket manual the procedure is: Install a 0.7mm feeler gauge between lower throttle stop screw and throttle stop lever, which are located on underside of throttle body. Do not use screw on top of throttle body. Connect ohmmeter between TPS terminals 1 and 2 and check continuity is displayed.(these are the 2 top terminals after harness plug is removed) Remove 0.7mm feeler and replace with 0.9mm feeler guage between throttle stop screw and the throttle stop lever .Check there is no continuity between terminals 1 and 2. If necessary , rotate TPS until adjustment is correct. Tighten TPS adjustment screws and confirm the adjustment is correct. Note: if correct adjustment cannot be obtained, renew the TPS. Hope this helps
