A good friend just bought a 1971 subaru R-2. I have posted it on the wanted thread , but if someone have any part for that car that will be great. as you can see it needs full restoration.

I can tell you that here they are really rare, allthough they sold good back then,most have gone and few are still on the road. As one who own one i can tell you that i wouldt replace it for any other mini truck

I thought the gft hardtops where presented in 1976, if its 1974 thats a rare one

never saw so many ff1s in one place.. they look to be in decent shape great

great color choice and the car doesnt seem to be in bad shape at all , just untreated . cant wait to see it finished

well i guess youre right since i might have find a 72 gsr... the metter will be cleared next week.

well,my gf has an automatic transmission,this one has the hard to find 5 gear manual,only for that its werth it besides the doors are usable and some of the glass is good and this parts are hard to find .

found a 76 gf for parts,the car was perfect until sevral men decided to cut it for buggy,bought it for parts'what do you think?

i dont think the shape is that bad,if i were you i would take all the cars out and restore the red one, my 76 gf wasnt far from that when i restorted it look there arent much of this babes left ...

just wanted to thank all the ones who helped me in the search for one, glad to say we found one here in israel,1979 in rough condition but nothing we cant handle hope for some pics soon elad:banana:

they are 3 hours away from my home, they belong to subaru collector,the problam is that he doesnt have room for them so they park in the back of a gas station(cant see that in the pic) so rain and sun affect them

yes we"ve seen the brat on ebay ,looks great i beleive it will finish a bit expensive for us , BW thanks for the link found 3 brats already we will keep searching
