I had the felpro the first time, then i tried I think the brand was cometic or somthing. The metal shim type. What type of gasket material are the 2004 sti ones u reccomened?

  4. GD ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HEAD STUDS? I RACED SATURDAY NIGHT AND BOTH HEAD GASKETS WERE BLOWN RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE. I ORDERED THE GASKETS U RECOMMENED TO USE. IM NOT SURE IF MY HEAD BOLTS ARE HOLDING UP OR NOT.
  5. Thought so. I’ll redo them. I had to redo the driver side head last night. But didn’t check the pass side. Plugs looked good on pass side so I assumed. Thanks alot

  11. Have a 2003 Impreza rs 2.5, 3000 race grind cam, stock valves, and ported heads. What is the best racing clutch for this car. Again my car is a round track oval race car, we run 30laps a race and it’s WOT, brake, left turn all night. Lol.
  12. I’m listening Matt. Any advice on where to start?
  13. Good question about the Brz computer. I wonder what year?
  14. it is a round track asphalt race car. I'm having a 3000 race grind from delta cams, one over sti valves, and porting pretty heavy. just not sure if i will need a tune or not. i just don't want it to go to lean and bust something. and i also have the year wrong, its an 2003
  15. Will a Cobb access port work on this car. It’s a na ej25 sohc. And if so what one do I need to buy just as a tuner. Is there anymore options?
  16. Yes I run fuel injection. It’s asphalt oval and kinda like mini stock yes. My stagger I currently went up to my largest is around 71 3/4. I just need more straightaway power. Feels great coming out of the corners just cuts out about 40 foot too soon.
  17. I have 93 ej22 that I race on the round track asphalt. Cuts out at 6500 rpm in 3 rd gear. Need more rpm. Just a little. I need prolly around 7000 or 7100. Any advice?
  18. That’s what I was thinking as well. How different is that? Do I need the entire pedal assembley out of the wrx?
  19. I’m only concerned because my ej22 is a cable clutch setup and the ej20 Impreza transmission was a push clutch hydro setup.
  20. What type of clutch do I need to run? The 2002 Impreza clutch?
