  1. I am getting ground to the bottom right to pins and I'm getting power to the top-left to pins which is technically only half of the injection system I'm still trying to narrow down where the other two injector wires might be because the primary 2 are very thick whereas there are no other thick wires in the ecm harness except for the red power wire...
  2. Which means those should be pins 84 through 96 on my PCM or pins 71 through 83 as according to this drawing that I got from your on-board diagnostic system 1995 engine control manual PDF that I printed out
  3. Jesus okay the bottom row far right on my ECM the second to the last two pins are black wires with yellow stripe then there's a blank going left then there's a black wire with a red stripe then to the left of that is a blue wire with silver dots on it then is a blank to the left of that and then to the left of the blank is a red wire with a blue stripe to the left of the red wire with a blue stripe is a blue wire with silver dots to the left of that is yellow wire with silver dots to the left of that is brown wire with silver dots to the left of that is red wire with yellow stripe and then two blanks to the left of that which brings me to the center
  4. This is shart.... according to the pain out in the above photograph the PDF that you linked to me pins 1 & 2 on my PCM ECM whatever the first one is green with silver stripes the second one is brown with silver Stripes then there's a about 1 2 3 4 5 6 blanks before another pin
  5. OK I'm going off this first pic for my PIN id. I will cross reference the colors you mentioned. The second pic is my harness plugged in, ECM top up. far left are 15 and 16 I believe. And yes, the smaller yellow wires to the right of those do have ground.
  6. Plus if there's anybody out there with a 95 2.2 I would beg of them to get the Bosch noid light or GM or Ford they all fit into this injector harnesd, and then unplug your coil crank the motor over and see if that noid light flashes every compression stroke because mine does not flash at all until you let go of the key which I find extremely annoying because there's supposed to flash indicating that is giving a charge of fuel according to all of my experience with injection systems
  7. So my dear friends I could use a few new testing points. And my ECM the two injector wires which are yellow with a blue stripe rather thick wires are at the top left of my ECM
  8. Yes I have 12 volts to my injectors yes I have 36 PSI fuel pressure no the timing has not jumped the timing belt is new and intact both timing covers are off and the car was running prior to his failure to start which means it was driven to the store shut off my son walked in the store came back out and the car just crank and crank and crank and crank to no avail
  9. Okay update. I put in a new ECU computer control relay I now have two clicks I now have positive voltage and I have ground to my injector pins at the ECM I have a good crank sensor I have a good cam sensor I have a brand new good coil the only time my noid light on the injectors will flash is after I release the key exactly as shown in the previous videos does this mean that the ECM is fried?
  10. Send me a text to 360-801-5999 and I will reply with some photographs showing you what colors in what positions rather than having to email them to myself go inside and use the PC resize them and put them up here on the site
  11. If you think that unit from his 98 which has an identical coil is my car will not work let me know and I'll just pop mine back in it but since they were identical coils I think I should be okay
  12. Well I did have voltage to my coil pack but I also put on the one from my buddies 98th and I'm going to try that as soon as my son gets home with the keys to the damn car what a retard asked me to fix his poop and then leaving with the keys for college...
  13. I imagine that it has something to do with the transmission but hell what the hell do I know anymore LOL
  14. Question. What is the power TR unit? Sits in the center of the firewall above the transmission mount Wishbone
  15. Am I PCM my bottom left 71 and 72 are black with a white stripe my far right which would be 9596 or 9495 are black with a yellow stripe. On my harness itself the black with yellow stripe are number two and three and if I go above that the very last top-right wire is light or mint green with a red stripe going around it and the one to the left of it which I guess would be to According to some diagrams and number 15 according to others is brown with silver dots
  16. But I will do the wire ID as you suggest after I plug in these three components and see if she will start which given my current predicament of my daughter's Acura Integra and some vacuum issues will be an hour or two
  17. With my harness plugged in and facing away from me the upper numbers are in the 90s my lower right is number one
  18. Here is the ECM reference to pins 2 through 27, as pin 1 as marked on harness is not used, neither is pin 28
  19. MY #1 pin is at the bottom RIGHT of my ECM, All other schematics show #1 to be TOP LEFT or TOP RIGHT only.... How the hell is this possible? If my attachment will not blow up properly for anyone interested I can email is directly to you and you'll definitely be able to see the numbers from the original photo... Only the harness plug is numbered, the ECM pins are not.
  20. OK.... Looking closely with glasses and a blown up photo, my 95 pins in the plastic clip where it presses into the ECM are numbered from bottom right to bottom left. Bottom right being pin #1 stopping at the center space of the ECM at pin 14, then the center, then pin 15 left of center to pin 28 on the far left bottom. the second row up from bottom right begins with pin 29 and goes up to pin 56... The Lettered row of pins from my bottom first pin numbered 1 is letter D, with C B and A above it respectively.... Am I missing something here....? I restore cars for a living, I do 99.7% of the restorations in house with zero employees but myself, so I have a spoob ton of patience... Yet this subaru, which should be a 10 minute fix, is pushing all my patience buttons to get it on the road again, and I am undoubtedly getting far too deep into something simple, which I hope ALL YOU folks kick my rump roast for later as you laugh at my follies 8) 8). I simply need to understand this pinning in this ECM first since I've gone this deep, I may as well understand it. See my photo, look closely, my numbers physically do not match ANY of the diagram photos offered thus far
